On the shipping label, your package will be marked as low-value and declared as a gift. So you should not be taxed  unless the custom department in your country decides to tax it mandatory. It is customers’ responsibility to pay for the custom charges if there is any. 

Toyswire is well-known for it’s top-notch packaging service. Yes, we do double-box and wrap your items perfectly. Rest assured that your package will arrive at your door safe and sound. 

Your package is also insured by the post office.

Hot Toys Hong Kong does not provide brown shipper for regular releases. Normally, only diecast figures, quarter scale figures and limited edition figures will come with original brown shipper.

Our estimates are based on our shipping service provider the Hong Kong Post:

• Standard Shipping (7-14 days)
• EMS Speedpost (2 days at the earliest)

Please note that Standard Shipping Does Not come with signature service, so make sure someone is home to receive your package. EMS on the other hand does come with signature service which require recipient to sign for the package.

Once you have made your order, your tracking number will be added to your Paypal receipt. Please use the tracking number on Hong Kong Post’s website as well as your local post office website. 

In order to protect both buyers and sellers, please make sure your Paypal address is up-to-date and matches your current shipping address. Otherwise we cannot proceed your orders.
